Family Medicine Opportunity in Iowa Falls, IA

Practice Overview

• You'll join a team of 17 primary care providers including MDs, DOs, PAs, and ARNPs.
• 100% outpatient practice shared between Iowa Falls and Ackley Medical Center.
• Support includes your own MA and nurse, plus a float MA for the team.
• 1:12 call rotation by phone until 10:00pm; 1:5 Saturday clinic from 8am to 12pm.

Schedule

• Work four days per week from 8:00am to 5:00pm.
• Enjoy no after-hours administrative work with real-time charting.
• Flexibility with scheduling and call coverage.

Compensation & Benefits

• Guaranteed salary of $301,290 for two years, transitioning to wRVU model in year three.
• Generous signing bonus up to $300,000 and $10,000 relocation allowance.
• Comprehensive benefits package including malpractice insurance, health, vision, dental, and 401k.
• 25 days PTO and $4,000 CME allowance annually.

Candidate Requirements

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine.
• Comfortable managing a broad rural patient demographic.
