Primary care assignment near Raleigh with full-time weekday schedule and phone-only call; starts early 2026.

Practice Setting

• Long-term care center for adults with psychiatric illness or dementia
• Geriatric and adult patient mix
• Supported by pharmacy, rehab, psych, and full care team
• EPIC EMR + Dragon dictation

Schedule

• Weekdays: 8:00 am-4:30 pm
• Evening call (Mon-Fri): 4:30 pm-8:00 am, by phone
• Weekend call: rotating 24-hour pager from home

Cases and Procedures

• Rounds, admissions, discharges, and assessments
• Lab/X-ray reviews and medication adjustments
• Attend care team and family meetings

Requirements

• MD or DO with active North Carolina license
• BC/BE in Family or Internal Medicine
• BLS and DEA required
• LTC or geriatrics experience preferred

Travel Accommodations

• Near Raleigh-Durham International Airport (RDU)
• Rate is all-inclusive; housing/travel not billed separately
