Practice & Compensation Highlights

• Role: Family Medicine Physician (MD/DO) in a 100% Outpatient setting.
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, regular hours. No call or inpatient duties.
• Support: Integrated care with Dental and Behavioral Health; dedicated RN/MA support; on-site lab and X-ray.
• Sign-On Bonus: $100,000.
• Earning Potential: Base $265,000 - $285,000; total compensation with RVU bonuses able to exceed $300,000.
